Our COVID-19 Policy

In our current and rapidly changing new environment, it is important that we carefully monitor and do what we can to prevent the spread of the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation.  

Design Air, Inc., is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our clients and has firmly adopted the following policies to ensure we are doing everything we can for not only our clients but the entire greater Missoula area.

We will: 

• Limit our technicians to conduct service only to those homeowners not exhibiting symptoms.
• Remain at least six feet away from others as much as possible.
• Wear masks (as mandated by the Montana state governors) when we are in the presence of customers and fellow staff.
• Wear gloves and protective shoe covers upon entering your home and during contact with commonly touched surfaces.
• Use sanitizing wipes to clean any surfaces we touch in your home and in our work vehicles (including tools).
