Installer

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

What you will be doing:

Residential and light commercial retrofit/change out installations
Installing to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
Pass background check and drug screen
2 + years installation experience
EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certifications or obtain once employed
Able to install gas piping - hard pipe and flex
Proficient understanding of installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment
Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork
Understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
Experienced with running, brazing, and testing line sets
Good customer relation skills
Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team

Service Technician

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repair on residential and light commercial heating, and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Pass background and drug screen
Valid driver's license, and insurable driving record
2 + years' HVAC service experience
Have a current EPA certificate
Have NATE certification, or obtain once employed
Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications
Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
Have basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
Willingness to invest time in training and classes
Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
Excellent customer relation skills
Run after hours calls as needed on a rotation schedule
