“Mike and his team have consistently done a great job with our furnace maintenance. As the cold weather set in our 15 year old furnace needed a major repair and we decided to replace it. “Design Air was amazing to work with!! Our 19 year old furnace system quit working during the middle of a 10-inch snow storm with temperatures below zero. We called Design Air Friday morning and they had a tech come out that same day to look at it. The tech called the office and priced out the repair costs to have a new blower motor installed. Due to the age of the system we decided to also price a complete new heating system. The tech gave us some space heaters to use to get us through the cold snap, which were a life saver! The Home Solutions Advisor came out first thing on Monday morning to take some measurements and review new furnace options. We had an estimate on three new heating systems within an hour and half. We decided on which of the more energy efficient systems we wanted to go with that day. Design Air ordered our new system Monday afternoon, called Tuesday to set up an install time, and did the complete install of the new system on Wednesday! Absolutely amazing turn around and excellent customer service. Every contact we had was positive. Thank you to our team from start to finish!! Brandy, Mark, Doug, Ed, and Griffin you all helped us tremendously and can’t thank you enough for the positive experience!!”

After consulting with Doug on 4 options, we decided on units that were high efficiency and affordable. Tristen and Ed performed the install.
