Outstanding customer service and quality of work.
Our old furnace had died completely so we had them come out for a bid.
I was very impressed with their thoroughness in making sure I understood the different options for the new furnace and the work that would be involved for each type.
We got multiple bids, and theirs was very competitive so we went ahead and had them order us a furnace.
They came out for the install, right on time, and did great work.
The house and the work area were completely clean when they finished.
From there, they testing everything, took care of scheduling the inspection, and covered all the final paperwork with me.
Overall, we are ecstatic about our experience with Design Air and with our new furnace. I highly recommend them!”

in less than 3 hrs. Ron called me later and said they forgot to turn pilot light back on water heater, came back and did that, Tristan really impressed me with his manners and positive attitude, as he was the one that had to go under the trailer. great job by all”
